1. What is Comfybird?
Comfybird is a premium online store specialize in designing innovative bird products. Founded on August 23, 2024. We are dedicated to making high-quality, bird-friendly products accessible to all, breaking down traditional barriers to this deeply fulfilling pastime.
2. Where are your products shipped from?
All Comfybird products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. We ensure careful packaging and reliable courier handling for every order.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the United States. We’re working toward expanding our delivery network shortly.
4.How do I pay?
PayPal for now. Debit card can be paid through PayPal without registering a PayPal account.
5. What is the estimated delivery time?
The total delivery time includes:
Standard Shipping: 7-15 Business Days
Express Shipping Time:5-7 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–18 business days from the date of purchase
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen customs or courier delays.
6. What is the cut-off time for placing an order?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
7.How can I check the shipping information of my order?
You will have a tracking number after the order is shipped and you will be able to track the package on the logistics company’s track tool. We will send the tracking number to your email. Or you can go to our order track page, please check “Track Order“.
8.How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email. You can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out. Once the product is shipped out, the order can’t be canceled.
9. Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided:
- The product is in new condition
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items are returned via mail (we cover the return shipping cost)
10. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are sent to your original PayPal account.
